For the duration of Support, customers will be entitled to free, unlimited, e-mail and/or web support.  All e-mail will be responded within 1 business day.

Free Telephone Support

We provide unlimited support via telephone to all customers covered under either our Support Service or our AMC Service.  We typically, provide 90 days free telephonic support on our solutions and services.
